The apartment is spacious, equipped with modern appliances. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. There is some limited seaview. The balcony is nice and large, everything was fine.

I had only one significant problem. The AC was not working, and it was a bit cold. I signalled the owner/manager and got an instant reply that they knew about the problem and that a repair company had already been contacted... but then nothing happened for the rest of our 7-day stay. We still enjoyed the view, the cleanliness, the superb kitchen... while wearing double socks. Also, the place is a bit tricky to find. I recommend looking it up on Google Maps beforehand.

I stayed in the apartment from October 21st to 27th, 2025. The apartment is clean and spacious, and there's a supermarket nearby. All appliances work. The landlady was very attentive and kind.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, which is very centrally located, spacious, and even has a balcony. It’s beautifully decorated, very bright, and you can really feel the love for detail. The beach is just a 15-minute walk away, with Natural Foods nearby, and there’s also a supermarket close to the apartment. Another big plus is the private parking space — very useful in Madeira, where finding a parking spot can otherwise be quite difficult, and parking garages are often full. The apartment is located in a quiet area, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was extremely friendly, available 24/7, and even checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and to offer tips if we needed any. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment!
