AP num prédio recente, com piscina, ginásio e lugar de estacionamento. Bem localizado (em zona recente e calma) e próximo (de carro) - visto ficar numa rua com declive - do supermercado, do Fórum Madeira, da Est. Monumental e dos acessos/saídas para conhecer a ilha.
O único ponto [que não tem nada a ver com o(s) proprietário(s)] é o espaço exíguo no interior da garagem. Nota-se que alguns carros já terão raspado a carroçaria no acesso aos (3) pisos de estacionamento.
