Atlantic Pearl America apartment by Holiday Rental Madeira

Perfect location to be out of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to everything easily and explore the rest of the island. Had everything we needed for a great stay, comfy and good size.

So things didn’t work I.e. the shower not very reliable, none of the apps on the tv worked as it was too old (I know you don’t go away to watch tv but after a full day of exploring a relax was needed!). The kitchen was slightly cramped so made it difficult to cook in but no real issue.

Everything was perfect. The space is spacious, newly renovated and has all the amenities so one could feel like home. The terrace was a bonus, a perfect place to enjoy mornings and sunsets.

Nothing.

The host kept in regular contact and met us at the property when we landed. No issue that our flight was late. He was very informative and allowed us a late check-out on the last day as our flight wasn't until 7pm. Apartment was very clean with ample space for 2 people, looks just like the photos. Allocated parking space in basement which was very useful. Very fast and reliable free wi-fi. The location is about a 45min flat walk into Funchal Centre, or there is a main bus route outside the apartment block entrance with regular bus services . If you have a car, the motorway access is only minutes away, allowing you to explore the rest of the island easily. 5 min walk to the Forum shopping centre and plenty of nice cafes/coffee shops/ restaurants close by. Promenade is 5mins walk away. Would definitely stay here again.
