It works for a few days in the sun. Balcony and high floor are a plus. Very nice pool. Shower and kitchenette functional. They provided pool towels and clothes drying rack. Close to grocery and casual dining.
I did not understand this is not a hotel. Some units are rental and many privately owned. You pay for WiFi and poolside chairs. (Not much but it seemed odd) Beds are dated. It’s near the top of the hill so a very steep walk up from the beach and board walk. Cabs are available. Better restaurants are down near the beach.

The location and the restaurant on site the staff were all amazing
The room is in need of air conditioning as it’s very warm at times the neighbour at 612 was always smoking on the balcony and the smell of that wasn’t good as we don’t smoke
