Dreams Castle

It was just amazing. I can’t give enough credit, not only to the property but also to Maria. She is an exceptional host. She arrived at the complex during my check-in to show me around the apartment, even though she absolutely didn’t have to, and she greeted me with a very kind gift. An incredible lady. As for the apartment itself, it couldn’t have been better. You could tell Maria has a huge attention to detail. The decor of the room is beautiful. Everything is wonderfully coordinated in shades of sage and green and decorated in a lovely coastal style. The apartment consisted of a studio with 2 single beds, a kitchen table, a sofa, a TV, a lovely little kitchenette, a bathroom with an amazing shower (super high pressure, which I greatly appreciated), and even a touch-screen mirror. Wow! And of course, the balcony, which happens to be on the corner of the building, meaning you get 2 views! One of the beautiful mountains behind the complex and another of the coast. The balcony is equipped with comfortable balcony furniture and a drying rack for your clothes. Everything was squeaky clean. It’s equipped with all the amenities anyone might need. Super high-speed WiFi (I work online, so I was VERY happy about this haha.), a washing machine, toaster, microwave, electric cooker, AC, even a Dolce Gusto coffee machine! Which I took advantage of every morning with my book on the balcony! Also should mention that the bed is soooo comfy. Super soft pillows and duvet. I slept like a baby every night. There is a swimming pool in the complex that is free to use. Renting a sun bed for the whole day is only €2. The location is also great. If you leave the complex and turn left, you’re less than 10 minutes from the beach. And there’s a large supermarket in a shopping centre only 5 minutes away. I would also highly recommend the Indian restaurant “Love India” that’s just 2 minutes down the road. The butter chicken was incredible.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. The only bad thing is that I had to leave! 😂

Lovely studio, modern, clean, lovely shower, comfy beds, nice balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly hosts, fantastic pool, staff all lovely too.

Currently nearby construction going on everyday but through no fault to the owner, just an earl wake up call each day but we still had a fabulous time.

L'accueil de Maria est au top. Le studio est bien agencé et équipé La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Elle est bien abritée avec un solarium. Le wifi inclus dans le tarif, ce qui n'est pas le cas des autres appartements Le restaurant de la résidence est tres bien.

Payer 2 euros par jour pour un transat à la piscine quelle que soit votre heure d'arrivée. Le bruit des travaux en face entre 8h et 17h30. Manque peut-être quelques produits pour cuisiner sur place (sel,poivre).

Es gab eine Cafemaschine und zwei Cafepatronen.

Für meine Rückreise von La Gomera nach Hamburg habe ich am 10.März bei Booking.com eine Zwischenübernachtung in Los Christianos gebucht. Ich war im Urlaub 3Wochen mit einer echten Grippe krank und wollte mir die lange Reise, durch eine Zwischenübernachtung erleichtern. Ich bekam eine Unterkunft für 133,00€. Der Name der Unterkunft hieß "Dreams Castle". Dass es sich dabei um eine Gemeinschaft von privaten Besitzern von Apartments handelte wurde leider mit keinem Wort gesagt. Nach Angabe der Besitzerin des Apparments haben Sie, also Booking.com ihr nicht gestattet, den Namen des Hauses: „ Castle Harbour“ in der Anzeige zu nennen. Der Name des Hauses ist : "Castle Harbour „in Los Christianos, Teneriffa. Dieser Name ist bei den örtlichen Taxifahrern natürlich weithin bekannt. Es wäre kein Problem gewesen - das Haus mit dem Namen zu finden. Nun war mir aber Name des Hauses nicht bekannt und in der Anzeige stand eine falsche Hausnummer in der Anzeige. Nämlich die Nummer 126! Der Taxifahrer konnte das Haus nicht finden – da ich ihm weder den Namen „ Castle Harbour“, noch die richtige Hausnummer nennen konnte. Auf Ihrer Seite wurde die Adresse in folgender Weise angegeben. Avenida San Francisco 126 in Los Christianos. Die Hausnummer 126 gibt es aber in Avenida San Francisco überhaupt nicht. Ich hatte einen Tag vorher bei der Vermieterin nachgefragt hatte, ob diese Adresse (Avenida San Francisco 126 ) mit der Hausnummer stimmt? Diese falsche Adresse wurde von der Besitzerin per WhatsApp bestätigt. Falsche Info weitergegeben ohne diese zu prüfen. So konnte ich die Adresse niemals finden. Die Besitzerin hat sich dann persönlich bei mit entschuldigt. Die Kosten für das Taxi waren durch den von Ihnen verursachten Fehler mehr als doppelt so hoch – aber mehr noch als dass hat mich die Verwirrung geärgert, da ich gemeinsam mit dem Taxifahrer die Idee bekam, einem Betrug aufgesessen zu sein. Abends, Fremde Stadt, Grippekrank, erschöpft.
