Great location, great facilities. Comfortable, clean, spacious apartment. Nice pool, great snacks menu reasonable prices. Good evening menu and good quality food. Staff very friendly.

Pool closes a little early, maybe that changes for summer months.

The location.

On first site apartment looks clear modern and inviting. Thats before you try to use anything or unpack. Sliding door patio broken, cant close never mind lock Ant type bugs all around the apartment on the table walls and bathroom Kettle faulty, would boil sometimes only when it felt like it Tv unit huge and unnecessary takes up far too much space and only sits a small tv, which brings me to the tv, it was faulty. Don’t think you can watch tv as as soon as you start a program it licks you back out the app. Washing machine broken, the drawer is duck taped and we were advised it leaks but we were free to use if we wanted (not like we weren’t paying for it) Front door stiff and over complicated. Its one of those doors you have to open with your hip and a good shove. (complimentary treat) out of date by a month No space for case due to so much furniture No fan in bathroom Shower head fixed not adjustable and almost on the ceiling Faulty sockets one in kitchen doesn’t work at all one beside bed so close to switch when you try to use the plug you turn light on Massively overpriced for what you get although we did pay over the odds anyway as we stayed over new year. To put it in perspective we paid the same for 3 nights here as we did for 7 nights in the same block in castle harbour on the same floor the week before (over xmas) Needs painting and some serious tlc. We will not be back.
