Staff: Ever so helpful, professional and smiling. Breakfast: very good. Swimming pool: Two. Both looked good. Cleanliness: Impeccable. Location: very good, away from noisy bars , yet close to the beach. Two mini supermarkets within 3 minutes walking distance. One of them remains open 24 hours. Rooms: Large with good bed, and good kitchen. Wifi: very good throughout the hotel. My very special thanks to Brigida, who serves breakfast, and Viktoria, who works as a chef at Beverly Hills Hotel. They both were outstanding. Thank you both.

The location was a bit far out from main areas. Taxi rank just across the street and fair was very reasonable. A few nice restaurants and bars around the corner and down the hill. The bar only opens at the suites for a few hours each day and is closed at 4 o clock every day. Pool area was clean and quiet with lots of sun loungers. You can rent towels there for €5 each which is non refundable. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff and adequate breakfast.

The place was a great quiet location. I originally booked a one bed apartment, and got upgraded to a suite which was initially really awesome. With that, this room had a lot of issues in which I figured staying in a room I'd booked could've saved me some hassle. The floors and surfaces weren't very clean, like a few weeks had past or something - dust and marks. The door broke twice, locking me out for an hour, and then after maintenance 'fixed' it, it broke again locking me in for 20 mins, then waiting for this to get fixed before I could leave. Most of the staff at reception were exceptionally understanding and lovely, one guy when I reported being locked in and being upset about it laughed at me on the phone and to my face when I got to the desk to check if there were any other rooms. I really didn't appreciate that. The bath with jacuzzi jets weren't working, maintenance came and 'fixed' it again where it'd work for 5 mins and then be broken again. Lost an hour trying and waiting. Lots of maintenance issues throughout the stay causing stress and altered holiday plans. There were great moments at the hotel, firm beds which suited me, and breakfast included where food was replaced consistently until the end. Noisy upstairs of running. I appreciate the building is old, but refurbishment and new replacements needed. Maintenance staff were nice and did what they could to help.
