Family Friendly Apartment above Praa Sands Beach

Amazing view, very friendly host. Some nice touches in the house and welcome gifts. Good for parking.

Good directions and contact with owner. Large apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. Ideal location.

A few damp patches on bedroom ceiling!

Twin Bedroom unable to shut the door. Perhaps a sign at the end of the drive stating Windmills.

The situation was lovely with views over the sea. It was rural and the house was free standing. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms which made sharing very easy. The ensuite bathroom is just a shower, but the second bathroom has a lovely big tub and space to move. There was ample place to unpack clothing into cupboards in the main room. The kitchen was well equipped, and the owners left milk and cookies which were very appreciated. There was also coffee, tea, salt and pepper. The washing machine was easy to use. Parking was convenient with space for two cars on-site

We think the mattress in the main bedroom is getting ready for replacement and the second bedroom beds are only suitable for children not adults in that the mattresses are thin. The towels for all bathrooms should be bath sheets. The photograph does not show that the property is right next to a working farm. Not a problem but it should be indicated.
