The property in more detail:
The Little Barn is a beautiful Cornish barn near the coast, located in a tranquil rural location,  with off street parking - next to the owners cars and a private courtyard garden.

The Little Barn is ideally located for exploring West Cornwall, close to the village of Goldsithney with two pubs, cafe and a local shop, and within a few minutes drive of several fabulous beaches, including Perranuthnoe and Praa Sands a great surfing beach. The famous St Michael’s Mount and the bustling town of Penzance are approximately 10 minutes away. The Barn is equidistant between the stunning Lizard peninsula and rugged Lands End peninsula, the historic towns of St Ives, Falmouth and Truro are all within a 40 minute drive. If visiting St Ives (and its famous Tate Gallery & Barbara Hepworth Museum & Sculpture Garden) make sure you take the picturesque branch line train from nearby St Erth.

This beautiful Cornish Barn is near the coast and surrounded by glorious footpaths, bridle ways, agricultural farmland and fields of daffodils. The famous South West coastal path can be accessed at nearby Prussia Cove, a series of coves and beaches named after an infamous smuggler, making this an ideal property for walkers and dog owners.

The Little Barn is a Cornish "cob" barn and has been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard, retaining plenty of original character, full height ceilings and exposed beams.  It is stylish and comfortable, a real home from home and the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The barn was lovely, clean and well furnished, it was very quiet and peaceful. Unlike a lot of converted properties in the area, it was easy to get to from the main road and was within easy distance of a lot of places to visit. I was very disappointed however by the description of the property, which was to say the least inaccurate. I had planned a holiday to visit friends and family during the day and catch up with some tv and stream some music in the evenings , but that was not possible. There was no mobile signal whatsoever and no landline either. The wifi was an extension from the nearby owners property and just wasn't reliable af all. There was a booster and if you sat within a few feet of that then you could sometimes get a signal, but nowhere else in the property. The speed when you could connect was about 4 mbps, definitely not the 24 mbps advertised ,so no good for streaming or downloading. I felt very vulnerable as the phone didn't work in the bedroom. A lovely place but entirely unsuitable for someone on their own.

We havn't expected it to be that nice. The barn in excellent shape; rich flora surrounding, very calm. And nonetheless, our host was very friendly.Thank you England! Meinolf and Monika from Germany

Nice property but a few changes would improve it .... 1. A king size bed ,the double bed was uncomfortable. 2. A larger tv,no one watches TV on a screen that small anymore. 3.A barbecue, if the weather had been better would have liked to cook outside. 4.The Packet Inn has London priced drinks.....£8 for a medium glass of wine! ....should be renamed" The Making A Packet Inn",but the pubs in Goldsythny are good.
