About this house rental
Arched windows, wrought iron railing & sandy colored stucco define this 1920's Spanish style 2-story bungalow. Hot water, clean linens, & excellent WiFi are appreciated throughout this distinctive home.
Close to Sanford USD Medical Center, USF & Augustana universities, FSD airport, parks, extensive bike loop, golf course, Midco Aquatics, & Great Plains Zoo. Prime location in central & safe neighborhood near vibrant & expanding downtown with sculpture walk, breweries, & live music.
Walk up the driveway and 4 steps through the arched porch to enter via the front door. Enjoy convenient access via smart lock with your own unique code which you will receive 24-48 hours prior to arrival.
Step directly into a spacious living room with 58" Roku TV. Walk through a one-of-a-kind hand plastered arch into the formal dining room for 6. Complete kitchen connects to the dining room with an updated sink, above range microwave, gas stove top, oven, dishwasher, and side-by-side fridge/freezer as well as a single cup coffee maker. K-cups provided for coffee lovers. Dishes, utensils, pots, and pans provided as well as towels.
Full tub/shower combo bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms and features a 5 setting handheld flexible shower head. Primary bedroom with queen bed & plenty of storage is bright and sunny in the mornings. Additional bedroom with room darkening curtains features a daybed with trundle & dedicated work desk to complete the main floor space.
A stairway off the main level full kitchen leads down to the private basement space featuring another fully equipped kitchen in the basement as well as a third bedroom with queen bed, Roku TV, & private en-suite bathroom. Easily access the walk in shower shower with 5 setting handheld flexible shower head. Through the basement kitchen you will find a separate utility area where the washer and dryer are located. For bigger groups, this additional basement space features a queen sofa pullout bed in the utility area.
Located on a quiet side street, parking is plentiful. If the driveway is clear, feel free to unload in the driveway before parking on the street. Our driveway is steep. We do our best to keep it clear and salted for your safety. If you arrive after dark, a motion sensor light on our security camera will come on as you walk up the driveway. We live next door and are available to help out as needed.
For the safety & security of our peaceful neighborhood, we kindly request quiet hours after 8pm. We require guests refrain from smoking, vaping, & other substances while on our property. No pets are permitted. No additional guests or parties are allowed on our property. Suspicious activity is reported.

Came to town for a concert and stayed here. Very nice stay! House was comfortable and clean!

1. Our door code never worked so we always had to use the side door, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. 2. Rooms were very dusty.3. The listing was quite misleading and photos show very light, airy environment, when the property was actually quite dark.4. Appeared the property was still under renovation and basement was dirty and had lots of bugs.5. Host rules were not made very clear, nothing specified no alcohol on the property until we were already there, which would have been nice to know ahead of time.6. Upstairs bathroom tiles were broken and blinds in the primary bedroom were broken, with paint coming off the walls.
