A five bedroom ranch style home located two blocks off of 41st street with easy interstate 29 access. This home is within walking distance of several restaurants, a 24 hour convenience store and is a half mile from the Empire Mall, the Lake Lorraine shopping center and most major restaurants and shops in Sioux Falls.

The house was great the only complaint would be it only has 1 shower. We were only 5 minutes from ball fields. Walmart and grocery store was really close. We would not recommend Ihop on the corner.

Overall great stay! Mike let us check in early so we could get ready for a wedding which was incredibly helpful! House, back deck, and yard are all very spacious. The location was very convenient, 15 minute walk to Walmart, the mall, and restaurants. The only thing I’ll mention to future stayers is be prepared there are no extra blankets or sheets so if someone is planning to stay on the couch, you may want to bring your own! Would stay again!

After 25+ Vrbo stays this is the only review I’ve left that is less than 5 stars.
Let me start with the good.
- The host is responsive
- the house is large and there is plenty of space
Cons
- the only reason we booked this property was for the hot tub. The host turned on the tub a couple hours before we checked in. It is 110v hot tub and if you know anything about spas these types of tubs can take up to 3 days to get to temperature. We were unable to use the hot tub at all during our stay, it didn’t get warm until it was time to checkout.
- the kitchen is also not stocked with very many necessities. Do not plan on cooking for your group unless you bring your own pans/pots. Yes there are a few items not not enough.
It’s unfortunate because this property does have a lot potential.
