Another great weekend on Duluth Ave! This is our second time reserving this home. We celebrated a college graduation with family and friends and this house was the perfect place for all the ages we had from 2-52! I highly recommend this one for any bigger group gathering. It's centrally located and close to everything! Thanks to James for the clean, spacious home you have!

Place was nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. Had an issue with door code, however james did take care of it right away. Only real complaint is there was no toilet paper to be found anywhere minus what was on the roll.

house was very accomidating for 9 people, it smelled nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great Was a great time by all I would absolutely recommend this place to stay.
