The space was great for 5 adults, parents, 2 daughters & a spouse. We only made coffee & toast but the kitchen was well outfitted. We had a slight problem with the door code the second time, but Nicholas was quick to reply & we were at the wrong door, front door has the correct panel.

I'm so glad that we stumbled upon this gem of a property for our girls weekend getaway. It is located in a great little neighborhood less than 10 minutes away from pretty much anywhere we needed to go -- restaurants, shopping, downtown and the Sanford arena. Check-in was a breeze and any communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.
The spacious living area was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay -- including a few K-cups for our coffee drinkers (bless!)
The sleeping accommodations worked perfect for our family. Mom and baby went downstairs where there was a full suite (bedroom/bath) just for them. The rest of us used the upstairs bedrooms and bath which were very comfortable (great beds!) and the Nest thermostat kept us nice and cozy from the autumn chill.
The next time we visit Sioux Falls, we won't hesitate in booking here again. It was simply fantastic.
