Cozy 1-bedroom pet friendly resort style living in San Diego UTC/lajollla

The condo is a great fit for us and our dog. It is located on the ground level with many options like walking the dog, taking the trolley, and visiting a variety of restaurants. It is also a short drive to several beaches. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking a meal and the swimming pool and spa are nice for relaxing. Jen is very responsive and provides clear and detailed instructions. She provides 2 parking places which is convenient for guests. This is our second stay and we hope to stay again when we return!

The property is in a great location if you want to be near shops and UCSD. The kitchen is well stocked. My suggestions would be to replace the bed in the master with a quality mattress, Casper, Helix, Saatva, something like that. And provide better clarity in the description. Washer dryer in this case means not in the condo but in a laundry room in the complex. Also, the property is on the ground floor on a busy street, so probably don't want to leave the windows open while you are away. A little more clarity in the description would be welcome. Any needs we had were responded to promptly.

The unit was incredibly close to UCSD, had many great restaurants nearby, was about 20 minutes away from many great attractions such as SeaWorld, The San Diego Zoo, The San Diego Air and Space Museum, and Coronado Island. The unit is 20 minutes away from the San Diego International Airport, 30 minutes away from the San Diego Wild Animal Park. The unit was a nice size for me and two young children. The pull-out sofa bed was pretty good. The unit had everything that I needed to prepare meals daily, to not eat out every day. Everything from pots, pans, a dishwasher, every cooking utensil imaginable was in this unit. The unit had a great refrigerator that was big enough for a lot of food. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom had an obscene number of towels, and we never ran out. That came in handy. The toilet paper was abundant! The cleaning solutions that were in the kitchen and bathroom were able to tackle any minor mess that was made. If you like coffee or tea, no problem, the unit has you covered. Many things were provided by the host of the unit. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton swabs, cotton balls, dishwashing soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, towels, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, trash bags, and everything you need to live day to day. The host also was a great communicator.
