About this house rental
Entire condo available for 30 night rental minimum (HOA Required). Fully Furnished vacation rental. Beautifully remodeled in 2016. 10 minute drive to the Ocean. Great option for temporary housing for health care workers, patients and their families on extended medical stays. Conveniently located near UCSD, local hospitals, the UTC Mall, and walking distance to the grocery store. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to cook.
3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms (1400 sq ft.). Accommodates 6 people comfortably. 1 king bed, and 2 queen beds. Fireplace, French doors that open to the patio, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Washer and drying. 1 covered parking and 1 assigned uncovered parking. This remodeled spacious property includes an open main floor area with 2 bar stools and a table that accommodates 6 people. Nice counter space, double door refrigerator, and an updated kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all of the pots, pans, utensils you will need during your stay.
The master bedroom is large with it's own private bathroom and a balcony. The guest bedrooms include one queen bed and two twin beds. They share one bathroom. Lots of closet space in each bedroom.
One of the community pools is just outside the unit for your enjoyment. There are so many wonderful things to do in the area to include: UTC mall for shopping, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, Scripps Aquarium, Legoland, The Gaslamp, SD Padres Stadium, MCAS Miramar, and beach rentals.
This condo is about a 10 minute drive to Pacific Beach, South Mission Beach, La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, and a nice drive to Coronado Beach.
NOTE: This a NON-SMOKING home. This includes the outside areas too. This townhouse has a unit next to it, so respecting the neighbors is a must. The rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Eviction will be implemented if the rules are not followed.
Cleaning fee is $200 for the month. If additional months are added, each month is an additional $200.

This home is cozy, clean, inviting and the perfect getaway. It was exactly what I needed for my medical stay while I completed Proton Therapy. The treatment was only 15 minutes away by car. The house is quiet, walkable, and comfortable. The beds, the pillows, the art, the overall warmth of the rental feels like a home. We did a lot of cooking and it was easy to navigate. The open style was wonderful to cook then sit and have a lovely dinner at the table. A couple of days it was warm enough to dip into the pool that’s just steps away from the house which was very convenient.We also really enjoyed the walks in the different neighborhoods. It’s incredibly safe, and people were kind. I can’t say enough about how perfect this location is. There’s a tons of grocery stores, and shopping. But if you want to rest, there are endless options for delivery of restaurants, groceries, you name it. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a washer and dryer, this house had everything and more. And the covered patio was a lovely way to relax. Shan is incredibly responsive, kind, and a wonderful host. I appreciate how seamless she created my time, and my treatment. She made it feel like a vacation instead of a cancer treatment. I was sad to go!

We are very happy that we chose this property. It was a perfect location, being close to Scripps Memorial hospital with shops and restaurants nearby, and a short drive to the coast. The property is well equipped and pleasantly furnished. We only had minor problems whilst there which Shan, the host, sorted out very promptly. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe. There is a community swimming pool next door which would be lovely in warmer weather.

This townhome was perfect for our needs. It is exceptionally quiet yet convenient to lots of shopping/dining/freeways etc. The place is extremely well furnished and stocked: lots of extra bedding/linens/towels and a very well equipped kitchen. It was extremely clean--not only were the floors/bathrooms/kitchen freshly cleaned and gleaming but the furniture and rugs are also very clean and free from stains. Shan was extremely responsive and helpful and she respected our privacy (i.e. we communicated exclusively over text throughout). We stayed here for a month and would have loved to stay for longer, but unfortunately it was already booked.
