Didn’t get as much time as we would have liked at our stay but the hosts were kind enough to let us drop our luggage before check in and it was clean and very comfortable when we returned. Would stay here again.

This place is a gem. Small but not at all cramped. Beautifully decorated and clean. It is quiet and very close to the beach, groceries, dining, etc. The yard is private and relaxing with wonderful birds. And very reasonably priced. We cant wait to return. Highly recommend. And Alisa is a wonderful host.

Perfect hideaway after a long travel day. Wonderful hosts and welcome. Comfortable bed. The shower was so lovely and refreshing with the wood and open windows and skylight. Off-street parking was a perk. We loved this was the start of our vacation adventure. Walking distance to the ocean. We watched the sunset and it was perfect.

I loved it there! It is the perfect spot. Cute little studio with an all wooden shower, which we loved. Out back was its own little peaceful area. The beach is walking distance and we got to see a surfing competition.

This property is so quaint and accommodating. A great location. Central to many of the things that brought us to San Diego! The beach is just a couple of blocks away for some amazing sunset and surfing views! The host is so kind and prompt. We came in on a late flight and had no issues getting into the condo. We would absolutely stay here again!

The studio is adorable and the chips, salsa, and margarita were such a nice gesture. Free parking is tough to find in this areaso it was nice to have our own parking space in the driveway!

Very close beach studio. Owners communication was great. This is nice cozy studio. Having a parking spot was excellent. I wish there was a way for the bed to have access from both sides. My wife had to crawl over me if she wanted to get up. The only negative was the chimes next door that kept me up banging with the wind all night long.

Host is very kind and very responsive. It is a cute and cozy boho for a couple. Reserved covered parking for 1 car which is important as there are many homes with street parking only. Close to the beach and restaurants in walking distance. Couldn’t be happier.

Had a great stay at the Tourmaline Beach Studio. It's a perfect spot in a great part of town, close to the beach and local restaurants. The parking is probably the biggest draw for this place. Parking can be difficult in neighborhoods like this, and being able to pull right up to the door is a relief after a long day out. And we loved the shower! Alisa is kind and considerate, any questions and she is right on it. Lots of walkable stores and restaurants, and of course, the beach is so close!

Perfect home base for exploring San Diego. In Ultra Hip Pacific Beach, most everything was in convenient walking distance. The beach bungalow is cute and functional. Lots of nice touches like welcome Margaritas and chips and salsa. Alisa and Darren were right next door and communication was A plus. We enjoyed the back garden as well as the undercover parking space. Very artsy and exceptionally well equipped. We had a blast and will ask to stay here again without any hesitation!

We stayed for two nights and loved the studio. We rode bikes to the beach multiple times and also walked, the location was perfect. The studio was quiet, clean and comfy and the margaritas and chips were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
