Fern View House is a luxurious villa offering breath-taking panoramic views of Loch Ness. With its stunning array of high-end amenities, including a top-of-the-line hot tub, cinema room, fire pits, waterfall, outdoor kitchen, games room, and a wood-burning stove, this home is guaranteed to impress and provide an unforgettable experience for those fortunate enough to stay.
The Space
Nestled in the tranquil hills of Abriachan, Fern View House offers the perfect retreat with awe-inspiring vistas of Loch Ness. The peaceful hillside setting ensures privacy and tranquillity, while the expansive garden is filled with exotic plants, including olive trees and mountain roses, creating a serene atmosphere. A feature waterfall and stream run through the grounds, adding to the natural beauty of the property.
The spacious patio area is ideal for relaxing and taking in the magnificent views, with a large, high-spec hot tub and two fire pits to enjoy outdoors even on cooler days. The play area provides entertainment for children, while the outdoor kitchen—equipped with a pizza oven, BBQ, gas hob, and sink—makes al fresco dining a breeze.
Inside, the living room opens directly onto the patio and boasts panoramic views of Loch Ness, along with a feature log burner and a designated office space. The luxury kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, beautiful lighting, and a dining table that comfortably seats 10, perfect for enjoying a special meal together.
A dedicated media room at the rear of the house features a 72-inch TV, Sky, and a cosy sofa, offering a great space to unwind. For younger guests, the playroom is filled with charming wooden toys, as well as a PlayStation and table football for the older kids.
The master suite, located via a private staircase, features wall-to-wall windows with stunning views over Loch Ness, a super king bed (UK size: 180cm x 200cm), a walk-in wardrobe, dressing room, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
On the upper level, there is a further king-size bedroom (UK size: 150cm x 200cm) with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, a shared bathroom serves a double bedroom (UK size: 135cm x 190cm) and a twin bedroom (UK size: 90cm x 190cm single beds).
There is also a king-size bedroom on the ground floor (UK size: 150cm x 200cm) with its own TV and private bathroom, providing extra comfort and convenience.

The entire property is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay, offering exclusive access to all the luxury amenities.
