Located in a quiet neighborhood in the charming coastal town of Carmel-by-the-Sea and walk-able to the weekly farmer's market and all downtown attractions, this 1,142 sf cottage is the perfect home base for your next visit to the area.
This lovely home offers a coveted location near the sparkling waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Living Space
Walk along the garden path and enter into a comfortable living room with seating, a gas fireplace and a TV.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen has ample counter space, and a convenient layout that makes cooking a pleasure. Whether you're preparing a casual meal or hosting a dinner party, this kitchen is sure to inspire your culinary creations.
All TVs in the home are WiFi-enabled Smart TVs - guests should bring their logins to their favorite streaming subscriptions for programming.
Bedrooms and Bathroom
The three bedrooms in this home are thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and tranquility.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a TV.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has a twin up - extra long twin down bunk bed plus an optional twin trundle that pulls out, providing nice options for families with children.
The shared hall bathroom has two sinks and a shower-over-tub combination.
Sorry, this is not a pet friendly home.
Parking for one vehicle is available in the driveway and a Rivion EV (electric vehicle) charger is on hand for your convenience. Two more spaces in front of the home are available on a first come, first served basis.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.

WE absolutely LOVE this place! The location and quiet have been great!! We have a couple of suggestions that would make it a more relaxing place if you don't mind....The main one being the sisal rug in the kitchen! We noticed a big water stain by the dishwasher when we arrived and in trying to clean up a raspberry that landed on it, I created a smaller stain as well, because its a natural fibre rug that is VERY absorbent!! They would be wise to put down a wool or synthetic rug in its place. The sisal rug in the living room is fine. We always take off our shoes....The kitchen faucet is rather odd. It turns off at random moments and for some reason appears digital and often requires patience to get the water flowing.Last suggestion is for a MUCH better vacuum as this one's battery runs out of juice in minutes and doesn't have the needed sucking power.Beyond that, everything was wonderful, though we had to take down some art. Big, black splotches just aren't our cup of tea and would likely not please others either!! But...those are minor issues and we really are enjoying our time here!!Very user friendly house! Oh! It might be a good idea to have a print out on how to use the NEST thermostat. It was quite a process getting to know that puppy!! Following on line directions was very difficult, so a print out might be good!!Hope this was helpful!!! Whoops! One more thing:some outdoor chair cushions would be great!! Hard metal isn't comfy!!! (I bought a few pillows which was not a problem!)
