Forest Lodge

the room was very nice, comfortable bed. My only suggestion is there needs to be an ice maker on the property. I had to drive to their other location to get ice, even though there was an ice bucket in the room. I was also told that I could partake in the breakfast at the sister site, but when I arrived at 10:30, I was told it was over and I could not be accommodated, except with coffee or a yogurt, that I could not find. The shower was dated, and needs an upgrade, and lighting in the bathroom could be better. Bonus was that parking was right outside my door.

. The fireplace was a nice. We liked that the cottage had a microwave coffee maker - we didn’t use. We did use the refrigerator. We were very appreciative that the property was pet friendly.

The bed seemed small for a queen. It was difficult getting in and out of the bed. The bed pillows were too firm.

Definitely a unique experience. The hotel was lively.

The esthetic and design and location.

The cottage was very charming and comfortable. It was very clean, we loved the uniqueness of it. The fireplace was a nice touch also.

We wish the breakfast had been there instead of Lamplighter Inn down the road, thankfully the weather was decent and we walked down there.
