The Cocoonr Agency offers this comfortable, well-equipped 65 m² gîte with a marine decor for rent in Tracy-sur-Mer. Situated 200 m from the beach and the centre of Arromanches, it has a 4000 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, guaranteeing a calm and pleasant stay for all the family. This gîte can accommodate up to 4 travellers and comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- A 40 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, dining area and 2 single beds
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace to enjoy the fine weather
The gîte, ideally located in Tracy-sur-Mer, is ideally situated for exploring the neighbouring town of Arromanches-les-Bains, right in the heart of the D-Day beaches.
the heart of the D-Day landing beaches, a historic and touristic heritage dating back to the Second World War. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gîte grounds.
