We had a wonderful week in Arromanches starting off with a very warm welcome from Patrick. The gîte had everything we needed in terms of space and facilities and is 5 minutes walk from the Main Street. The veranda was a lovely spot to sit of an evening watching the sunset. We will definitely be back again soon!

Très bon séjour avec beaucoup de balades et visites au programme. La mer vraiment très proche et ville très agréable. Le propriétaire très sympathique avec conseils touristiques. Sa petite maison d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avions un petit chien qui était heureux aussi de faire de grandes promenades. Un grand merci . A conseiller vivement. Super rapport qualité/prix, un logement idéalement situé et avec une très belle vue !!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans le logement de Patrick. Logement sans prétention (nous y étions très bien à 3), avec le strict nécessaire, idéalement situé ! Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cette très belle vue panoramique sur la mer (l'absence de feuilles sur les arbres aidant). Le logement est à 2 pas du centre. Le pain de la boulangerie à 3 minutes à pied y est excellent ! Petite épicerie à 2 pas également, avec un personnel très agréable. Concernant le logement, nous avions un lit parapluie (de petite taille) pour notre enfant de 18 mois, que nous avons positionné dans la petite chambre : cela passait tout juste ! Quelques courants d'air au sol que nous avons pu combler facilement (nous étions au mois de Novembre). Pour le reste RAS, nous avons pu chauffer le logement sans difficulté. Des escaliers aux marches assez hautes mènent à la SDB mais cela ne nous posait pas de problème. Enfin, un avis très favorable envers Patrick, qui est un super hôte, très agréable, disponible et arrangeant !! Encore merci pour tout ! En bref, une adresse que nous garderons et recommanderons !

Merveilleux séjour dans ce logement fort agréable! Idéal pour une famille de 4;) Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter du joli jardin. La situation géographique est top, elle permet de sillonner les plages du Débarquement aisément! Il y a également de nombreuses pistes cyclables à proximité. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile, la boîte à clés est vraiment pratique. Super séjour normand! Merci

Fijn vakantieverblijf. Gunstig gelegen vlakbij centrum en bij zee. Sympathieke gastheer die ons hartelijk verwelkomde. Het huisje was van alles voorzien. Misschien het meest genoten van het steeds wisselende uitzicht op de zee ( waar de geschiedenis van 1944 weer voelbaar wordt).

Belle découverte à Arromanches les bains

Bonne année 2020 !!!! Amoureuse de la plage (été & hiver), ma famille et moi avons décidé de passer quelques jours avec notre grand chien en Normandie. On cherchait à avoir du calme ainsi que pouvoir nous balader avec notre mascotte et enfants. Du coup, la ville d'Arromanches propose des accès possibles à la mer (certains sont possibles avec votre chien, voir panneaux) à seulement quelques minutes de marche depuis la maison de Patrick. Notre hôte (M Patrick) est d'une gentillesse et son accueil a été au top, nous avons été reçus avec quelques boissons dans le frigo ainsi qu'une bouteille de cidre traditionnelle. La maison est petite, mais elle suffit pour un couple avec 2 enfants, la salle de bain est grande ainsi que la chambre principale, la chambre des enfants avec 2 lits superposés est petite. Le chauffage de la maison est électrique et sera à régler en fonction de vos besoins (demander à M Patrick de bien vous le régler en fonction de vos besoins). La maison est bien entretenue et équipée (frigo, cafetière nespresso, grille-pain, micro-ondes, four.....) La maison a 2 grands jardins, avec 2 terrasses pour profiter surtout l'été. En hiver, le centre ville est très calme, il se trouve au moins à 300 mètres de la maison et si vous décidez d'aller au restaurant, nous vous proposons le "6 juin" lequel pourra vous accueillir avec votre chien (tant qu'il est tenu avec sa laisse). Le village se trouve à 8 km de grandes surfaces (à Bayeaux) afin de pouvoir prévoir vos courses, un placard est mis à votre disposition afin de les ranger (un peu petit si vous restez plus de 1 semaine). En tous cas, nous avons été ravies d'avoir fait cette belle rencontre (M Patrick) et découverte (Arromanches). A la prochaine et encore merci pour votre accueil. Mariasol MARTINEZ

Es ist ein kleines älteres Haus, hat aber alles was es braucht. Wäre aber für 4 Erwachsene eher eng. Man kann trotz Strasse und Häuser das Meer sehen. In 10 Minuten ist der Strand zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Empfang war sympathisch, Patrick Pournot hat uns auch einige Tipps gegeben: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurant etc.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Arromanches. Villégiature toute équipée, confortable avec vue sur mer et son beau jardin, à 5 mn à pied de la mer et des commerces. Matériels et batterie de cuisine très bien fournis. Propriétaire sympathique et agréable.

Für 6 Personen wäre es etwas zu klein, da nur das Schlafsofa als bequemes Sitzmöbel zu Verfügung steht. Im Ort und am Strand war sehr häufig ein unangenehmer Geruch war zu nehmen. Ob von den Algenmassen am Strand oder der Kanalisation war nicht auszumachen.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, genug Geschirr, viele Töpfe und Pfannen. Der Blick von der Terasse auf das Meer ist wunderbar. Die Lage ist super, wenige Minuten zum kleinen Supermarkt und zum Bäcker. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr nette Kommunikation vor der Anreise. Die Schlüssel Übergabe hat hervorragend geklappt. Wenn wir nochmal nach Arromanches kommen sollten, dann nur hierher.

Alles vorhanden, was man braucht - nettes, kleines Häuschen mit umzäunten Grundstück. Ideal für eine Familie mit Hund und Kind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Ortskern sind es ein paar Gehminuten- ebenso zum Strand- dort hängen allerdings Verbotsschilder für Hunde am Strand - was aber eigentlich ignoriert wird ( waren in der Nebensaison dort) - in den Nachbarorten an der Küste entlang ( Richtung Courseulles-sur-Mer) finden sich einige Zugänge zum Strand ohne Hundeverbot- in Courselle gibt es einen netten Hüpfburgenpark für die Kids)- alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt - ... Eine Reise in die Geschichte des zweiten Weltkrieges ist vorprogrammiert - und dient definitiv als Erinnerung daran, dass sich solche Geschehnisse nicht wiederholen dürfen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - wir werden bestimmt wieder zu diesem Ort zurück kehren ! Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt ! Familie Jost

Internamente fornito di ogni accessorio di cucina,macchina caffè tostapane forno frigo congelatore e tanti utensili. Bagno con una bella cabina doccia. Camera confortevole con un buon materasso,riscaldamento efficente (per l'inverno) Il Sig.
