At low tide small tidal pools often form, making it the perfect spot for the children to search for sea treasures such as sand dollars, small fish, and crabs. Direct access to the beach is easy from 35 Beach Club Villa which features a wonderful screened porch with stairs leading you directly to the beach path. The beachfront screened porch is a very special place where you and your family will want to gather when not at the beach or the private pool for Beach Club Villa guests. Games, coffee, or a family meal are even more special when you can hear the surf and feel the southwest breeze on the screened porch at "Beachfront Bliss." The cheerful interior of 35 Beach Club Villa is bright and colorful. The living, dining, and kitchen areas feature a spacious open floor plan, maximizing ocean views. Flat-screen televisions are featured in the living area, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. The master bedroom on the upper level is highlighted by its oceanfront deck providing spectacular views of the Atlantic and a perfectly private place to soak up the sun or enjoy an evening cocktail. A sitting area, a new king bed, and a private bath with double sinks are all featured in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom on the upper level of 35 Beach Club Villa offers both a queen and a twin bed with a private bath. The lower-level guest bedroom now features a King bed and private bath. Although 35 Beach Club Villa is ideally situated on a quiet stretch of beautiful Wild Dunes beach, it is only a short bike ride to several restaurants, a marina, a playground, and the Sand & Sea Spa. The pool deck is not open in the off season. - Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Beach Club Villas pools, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction. *Parking Details:* - Guests will receive 2 parking passes. - There is one parking space assigned to the unit. - There is one other parking space available on a first come first serve basis. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass.
