When it is time for a break, the private pool and sun deck with a lounging area are a perfect alternative to the beach. 12 Dunecrest Lane even has a table feature inside the pool, so you can sit on a stool underwater and play cards, have lunch, or have a cool drink while you enjoy the refreshing water. The interior of 12 Dunecrest Lane Lane features two living levels. With an inverted floor plan, the living room, dining area, sunroom, and master bedroom are all located on the second level of the home. The living room is spacious with a comfortable couch, and wet bar, and features the latest in electronics with a large flat-screen television. The living room opens into the sunroom that offers views of ancient oaks looking towards the ocean. It’s a chef’s kitchen with heart pine floors, granite countertops, wonderful appliances, and a kitchen bar. The master suite boasts a large bath, whirlpool tub, deck, and separate office space. A king bed is located in the master suite. The first level features three bedrooms with two full baths. The first has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two double beds as well as a day bed with a trundle. These two bedrooms share a full bath. Finally, the first level features a television room with oversized chairs.
