About this house rental
Spacious 6 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom vacation home close to the beach in the heart of Wild Dunes Resort. Perfect vacation home for a large family sleeping up to 12 people.
Charming Coastal Decor with vaulted ceilings, loads of natural light from large windows and skylights, and rich hardwood floors. The renovated kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and 6 high bar top stools. Relax on the screened porch and large open deck with water views. Your family will love the outdoor grilling and dining on those warm summer nights sure to be one of your families favorite memories.
The first floor includes a spacious dining room, comfortable living area with lagoon views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a half bath. Behind sliding barn doors there is a primary suite with a king sized bed, renovated en suite bathroom, and large closet. Next to the laundry room there is a short flight of steps down to a ground level room with two twin beds.
The second floor of the home features four bedrooms and three newly renovated bathrooms. There is an additional primary with a king bed and en suite bathroom. A room with a queen bed and a hall bathroom. Up anther short flight is a room with a queen sized bed, a room with two twins, and a second hall bathroom.
Please note Wild Dunes no longer allows all resort amenity access. You can still play Golf, use all bike paths, and enjoy all nearby restaurants or shops. There is a recreational center located on 28th Avenue on Isle of Palms with basketball courts, soccer fields, tennis, and pickleball. *If pool access is necessary there are two recreational pools in Mount Pleasant (15 min drive) that you can pay to access*

All new reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life!
Please Note: Doorbell camera located on front door facing exterior only. Downtown Charleston only 25 minutes away. Linens and bath towels provided. Washer and dryer in laundry room. 2898 sqft. Garage Access Not Offered. Max of 4 car passes. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
*IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be completed by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.

Great house, great time with family. Clean and stocked with essentials. Rental company great to deal with.Highly recommend getting a golf cart if you have small kids or older folks. Otherwise, walkable to beach.

We had a problem getting into the house. Did not receive house code from office; sat on porch waiting for return call approximately 45 to 60 minutes. After that everyone enjoyed space. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of room for preparing meals.
