The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

This is an excellent property. Spacious and very clean. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Excellent communication from the host as well. I would stay there again.

The television in the main gathering room needs to be replaced. There was too much confusion on which remote was to be used. There were three. We had the property manager out twice and also the upper loft area remained hot during the day. The hvac guy had to come out the first evening. Besides that, the company that is used to supply beach chairs and umbrellas need to replace their chairs and on such a large area of beach not place another family 2 chairs away! The property manager was very helpful and I would let renters know there's not really a need for a golf cart with beach access and pool access within walking not knowing the area we thought we would be able to use the golf cart to go to the grocery store and back. Overall, I get the stay a four out of five.
