You and your family will find perfect happiness during your next vacation "Beachfront Bliss " at 35 Beach Club Villa. 35 Beach Club Villa features three bedrooms with three full baths. It is located directly oceanfront on one of the best stretches of beach in Wild Dunes. At low tide small tidal pools often form, making it the perfect spot for the children to search for sea treasures such as sand dollars, small fish, and crabs. Direct access to the beach is easy from 35 Beach Club Villa which features a wonderful screened porch with stairs leading you directly to the beach path. The beachfront screened porch is a very special place where you and your family will want to gather when not at the beach or the private pool for Beach Club Villa guests. Games, coffee, or a family meal are even more special when you can hear the surf and feel the southwest breeze on the screened porch at "Beachfront Bliss."
The cheerful interior of 35 Beach Club Villa is bright and colorful. The living, dining, and kitchen areas feature a spacious open floor plan, maximizing ocean views. Flat-screen televisions are featured in the living area, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. The master bedroom on the upper level is highlighted by its oceanfront deck providing spectacular views of the Atlantic and a perfectly private place to soak up the sun or enjoy an evening cocktail. A sitting area, a new king bed, and a private bath with double sinks are all featured in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom on the upper level of 35 Beach Club Villa offers both a queen and a twin bed with a private bath. The lower-level guest bedroom now features a King bed and private bath.
Although 35 Beach Club Villa is ideally situated on a quiet stretch of beautiful Wild Dunes beach, it is only a short bike ride to several restaurants, a marina, a playground, and the Sand & Sea Spa.
Located in Wild Dunes, your family will enjoy its 1,600 acres, two famous golf courses, miles of bike and walking trails, a day spa, 2 ½ miles of beach, as well as many different dining options! Best yet, Wild Dunes is only 30 minutes from Historic Charleston, 20 minutes from fresh seafood at the many restaurants on Shem Creek where the Charleston fish and shrimp fleet ports, and 15 minutes away from shopping in Mt. Pleasant!

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property, please reach out to AvantStay to rent beach chairs/umbrellas.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The Beach Club Villas pool is unheated and is open April 1 – October 31 from 8:00 AM to dusk. The pool deck is not open in the off season.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There is one parking space assigned to the unit.
- There are two other parking spaces that are available on a first come first serve basis.

This was really a great house! Steps from the beach and an outdoor area to shower off the sand. The enclosed porch was ideal for quiet night time sitting. The kitchen was well equipped (but don't expect to find any cooking ingredients). Everyone in our family group was very pleased with their rooms and the common areas. We'd do it again. Location is so convenient to shopping.Renting beach chairs and boogie boards were a must.
