This gorgeous island home boasts fabulous light, a spacious floor plan, and many upgrades. Living space is abundant! First, you will find the professionally decorated living room located on the main floor. Additional space is provided in the family room, which leads out to a bright sunroom surrounded by palm trees. The dining room seats 8 and is fantastic for formal or casual dining. Finally, the kitchen is fit for a chef, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and new white quartz countertops. 28 Beachwood West is perfect for accommodating the whole crew! Two primary suites each have a private bath. The lower-level primary bathroom was recently renovated with an all-new large walk-in shower and vanity. Two guest bedrooms each feature two twin beds and share a full bath. A half bath is also featured on the main floor. Step outside to the terrific private backyard, which will set the scene for fun-filled days at the pool! Kick back and relax on the sun loungers surrounding, or retreat to the elevated deck located off the living room which offers a perfect view of the pool. For those seeking a bit more adventure, this home places you in a prime location. It’s only a short 2-3-minute walk to the beach and minutes to golf at its best at the Harbor Golf Course, Links Golf Course, playground, basketball court, and several restaurants. Finally, Historic Charleston is only a 35-minute drive away! If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - This home does not offer pool heat. - This home does not have access to the right side of the garage. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the private pool at 28 Beachwood West, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction. - Street-legal golf carts (LSVs) are permitted within the neighborhood. Please note that trailers are not allowed inside the resort, so golf carts must be rented locally and cannot be brought from home. For rental options, guests may contact local providers such as Just Beachy Carts for more information. - The closest golf cart parking to the beach within Wild Dunes is located on Summer Dunes Lane and Island Cottage Lane. *Parking Details:* - There are 4 parking spaces available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival. --- Room Configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2x Twin Single Bedroom 4: 2x Twin Single --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
