Breathe in the fresh ocean air and set sights on the blue water views that surround this contemporary delight in San Diego. This gorgeous residence features soaring vaulted ceilings, maple tile floors, an open and spacious floorplan, and walls of glass that drape this architectural masterpiece in sunlight. Spend your days at the beach which is only a short walk away then head back home to enjoy the spectacular Del Mar Sunset around the firepit on the outdoor stone patio! Whip up something scrumptious in the chef's kitchen, shake up a cocktail or two at one of the dry bars then retire to the in-home movie theatre for a relaxing night in.
Nearby Activities: Torrey Pines State Beach, Torrey Pines State Reserve, Herringbone, Little Frenchie, Blacks Beach.

- The bottom floor (with 2 bedrooms) will have AC. We provide fans for the rest of the home.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is a ping pong table located in the garage.
- We do not provide firewood.
- Please note, we do not allow shipping or deliveries of parcels to any of our properties since we do not have access to mailboxes, and cannot guarantee delivery, receipt, or protection of your items at the property.
- Please be aware that there is currently an ongoing remodel of the home across the street from our property. To our knowledge working hours are between 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and may cause a noise disruption, however, we are unaware of a completion date at this time.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- The speakers in the entertainment room are disabled.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- This home has EV charging inside the garage with a 240v plug (guests must use their own cable).
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.
Parking Details:
Two cars can fit in the garage and two cars in the driveway.
No street parking.
Please note low graded vehicles may graze the driveway as it is on an angle.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
