Welcome to Away At Last, an AvantStay home! Discover the otherworldly beauty of Arch Cape, then return to the perfect beach house just one block from the Pacific. With an upper deck that spans the entire length of the house, a luxe living area with a river rock gas fireplace, and four relaxing bedrooms, “Away at Last” will make you very glad you scheduled time for an escape! Sleeps 10 though a smaller group would feel right at home too! The upper floor of this two-story house is where you’ll find the open-concept main living space. After a windswept stroll on the beach or misty mountain hike, spend the afternoon getting toasty in the living area with its sectional sofa, cable TV, and gas fireplace. High ceilings and large windows make the living area as bright and open as it is comfy. Hungry group? Bring everyone together at the 10-person dining table. A fully loaded kitchen, lit by skylights, features everything you need for cooking at home. Also on this floor, you’ll find a king-size master suite (one of two at the house!) with its own attached full bath. There’s also a second full bath on this floor which serves the common areas. From the living area, step out on the deck and breathe in the sea air. Listen to the ocean waves as you wake up with your morning coffee! The other three bedrooms are located on the lower level. The second master suite features a king bed and a tiled walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twins—share a half-bath. There’s also a family room on this level with a super-comfy, queen-sized American Leather sofa sleeper and a cable-equipped TV. At Away, at Last, you have your own slice of the PNW’s beauty: a landscaped yard and an enchanting path to the beach just outside your door. Simply follow the dirt road lined with majestic trees for just one block, then take a short path to the two-mile stretch of uncrowded beachline. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please be aware that both Wi-Fi and cell phone coverage on the Oregon Coast can be limited and may experience interruptions due to our geographical location. ​​​​​​​All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2 / King bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 3 / Queen bed Bedroom 4 / Two twin beds Living area / Sleeper sofa --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce it. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
