JOIVY Charming 3BR flat near the Vatican

Great location and apartment. We were very comfortable for our short stay and it was nice to stay in a flat and not a hotel room with our large party.

Two issues: there was not great communication regarding the check-in time on the online check in. We were asked to provide a proposed check-in time, but there was never clear communication about whether that would be OK. I ended up calling and the representative was very nice, but this took a lot of effort to obtain very simple and important information. Second, the description of how to enter the outside door was unclear, and there was a little moment of panic when I finally realized that it was necessary to sign in on the app (my phone was at 1% by the time of day).

Excelente opção para quem quer ficar próximo ao Vaticano e às estação de metrô. Muitos serviços também disponíveis no bairro. O apartamento tem um tamanho excelente, todos os quartos com ar condicionado e as informações sobre a estadia sempre muito claras. Um mimo na chegada acima da média.
