Gracchi39 Apartment

We liked the apartment! It is centrally located and comfortable. Walking distance to the main Rome sights. Good grocery shop and restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious and clean, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Enough space for 5 people. The kitchen is well equipped, we had nice breakfast and coffee in the mornings.

The access was a bit difficult as the code was not working initially but we figured it out after some time. The water from the shower in the smaller bathroom was leaking trough the door. We asked the host to provide separate blankets for the double beds and they were polite enough to buy them but they hadn't had any sheets for them so we didn't use them. Lastly we had to leave at 10 AM (the cleaning lady was knocking on the door at 10:00!) but the host didn't let us to store the luggage in the apartment and our flight was in the evening. Eventually we did rented another place for a day use and it worked just fine for us.

Un baño se llena de agua cuando te estás bañando ya que no tiene puertas y las posetas botan con demasiada fuerza el agua, que moja el piso.

Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken und Essen sowie viele Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Metro ist schnell erreichbar, der Petersdom liegt praktisch um die Ecke, und dennoch ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Wir waren mit vier Freundinnen in Rom und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren bei Fragen oder Problemen außergewöhnlich schnell erreichbar. Als wir um 22 Uhr eine Frage hatten, erhielten wir innerhalb einer Minute eine Antwort und unser Anliegen wurde sofort gelöst. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ehrlich gesagt gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Alles, was man hier anführen könnte, wäre Jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Die Unterkunft, die Lage und die Betreuung durch die Vermieter haben unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

La posizione è molto buona per visitare il Vaticano ma anche per muoversi in quanto vicina alla metro Arredamento fantastico e letti molto comodi Gentilissimi i proprietari, abbiamo trovato anche cialde da caffè e dell’acqua in frigo. Pulizia ottima

Unica nota che mi sento di dare, e’ solo di controllare lo scarico della doccia perché molto lento, si rischia di allagare il bagno
