شقة جديدة نظيفه مرتبه جدا وفيها غرفتين مرتبة السرير مريحه مقارنه بالشقق الأخرى وفيها تكييف وفيها كل ما تحتاجونه ومناسبه لعائلة حتى 6 اشخاص ، وريحة الشقه حلوه وفيها حمامين احدهم فيه شطاف والمضيفة وصلت بنفسها وشرحت كل شي
تصريف الماء ضعيف شوي في الشور الحمام الكبير والمغسله ، يصير فيه تجمع ماء لا يوجد بلكونة او أطلاله وممنوع التدخين داخل الشقة كان فيه أعمال ترميم في الفناء الداخلي الدخول لها يتطلب مفتاح لكل مدخل تقريبا 4 مفاتيح التشك أوت 10 بالكثير عشان توصل عامله التنظيف
