STAY FINE Holiday’s House

The apartment is renovated and nicely decorated. It had all amenities needed for our short stay in Rome. It is on the 4th floor and there is a functioning elevator leading to it. AC is central. The host was very responsive and got in touch before our stay to share details on the check in process and nearby restaurants. The building is in a prime location and a very nice neighbourhood. The Vatican is a 10 mins walk from the apartment and you can literally walk to all key tourist attractions in Rome within an hour and a half from the apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, an 8 people dining table, well equipped kitchen, a living room and a dryer/ washing machine service area. The check out process was also smooth with the host sharing details on the process the night before. We were also able to store our luggage at the apartment for a few hours before leaving to the airpot.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. It was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was especially appreciated during the hot weather), and everything we needed was available. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and the main attractions. Communication with Ysabel was outstanding from the beginning. She was always kind, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, providing clear information and making us feel welcome even before our arrival. Her hospitality was evident throughout our stay.

Honestly, we didn’t find anything to complain about. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

Het was een geweldig appartement! Mooi ruim, netjes en schoon. Bovendien was het van alle gemakken voorzien! Het is echt super dicht bij het Vaticaan en op korte loop afstand is er ook een metro station! Super handig om de rest van de stad te ontdekken, wat deels ook prima te voet te doen is vanaf het appartement! We hebben ontzettend genoten van Rome en dat mede dankzij het appartement!

Great location, with everything just a few minutes away. Very clean and well‑maintained property with all essential facilities provided. Wi‑Fi was reasonably fast and reliable, and communication was very good. Comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During the four‑night stay, it would have been nice if a cleaner could have been arranged to change the bed linen at least once. This was the only aspect lacking for a 10/10 rating.
