The location is close to airport limousine stop, bus stop and train station. This is very much a plus point if you have an early morning flight like me, I could safely and conveniently took the airport bus at 4 am as the stop is nearby. It's also close to big shopping malls within the area as the area is famous for clothes-shopping, so it is very lively. There is a Halal kebab around 30 m from this place and a convenience store right under. The room is clean, the washing machine and air-conditioning system works well. There is also a clothing iron which is very useful for me who regularly irons my clothes. Although the building itself is old, it seems like the bathroom has been recently renovated so it is very clean and no mold found.

I stayed at this place in August '26 and there was a construction going on nearby during the day. If you are sensitive to noises, you might want to consider this. Else if you are like me who spent time outside for almost the whole day, then I don't think this would be an issue.

主要是位置很重要，樓下有2間24小時便利商店，對面還有O-Y❗️晚上睡不著也有地方跑，想購物的也能繼續逛！ 地鐵站走沒幾步就到了。還有房東很貼心還有準備傘、原本沒想到會下雨的。 房間雖然小但是五臟俱全 有洗衣機，小廚房，大冰箱，重點是價格不高，總之說不完的優點。

The best part of this stay was definitely the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance! Shopping malls, night markets, the airport limousine bus stop, public buses to tourist attractions, and subway stations. As we were travelling with an infant, having everything so conveniently located made getting around Seoul much easier and less stressful. Another highlight was the kebab and bingsu shop right below the apartment. Both were absolutely amazing, and we found ourselves going back every other day. It was such a convenient and delicious option after a long day of exploring! We also appreciated that the host kindly allowed us to check in early at 2pm, even though the official check in time was 5pm. After a long journey with an infant, this made a huge difference and helped us settle in comfortably. However, future guests should keep the check in time in mind if they require a room earlier in the day. Check out is also quite strict at 11am, so it's best to plan accordingly.

The apartment had potential, and I think our stay would have been much more enjoyable with a little more upkeep. One thing that stood out was that the listing photos looked much newer and better maintained than the apartment we arrived at. In person, the unit felt quite dated, which was a little disappointing. It would also be great if housekeeping was provided every other day, as it would help keep the apartment feeling fresh during the stay. Upon arrival, the floors didn't seem very clean, and the bed had a slight unpleasant smell. The wall clock wasn't working, some of the lights were out, and the hot water kept switching between hot and cold several times while showering. Overall, the apartment just feels like it needs some updating and better maintenance. A little renovation and more attention to cleanliness would make a huge difference, as the location and space itself are good. The host responded promptly whenever we reached out, which we appreciated. However, their replies came across as quite cold. It wasn't a major issue, and it may simply be a cultural difference, but a warmer interaction would have made the experience feel more welcoming.

買い物目的で女3人の韓国旅行でした場所が東大門駅からすぐ近くでとても便利でした、価格が安いので期待してなかったのですが綺麗でタオルも付いていたし部屋の鍵もオートロックで安心でした、アパートの下にはコンビニもあったり両替所もあり至れり尽せりでした

強いて言えば歯ブラシがないくらいですかね...自分の持って行ってたので気にはなりませんでしたが
