Very good location with everything close by (Supermarket, Metro, Restaurants, street food). The owner supplied us with lots of water bottles for free and was very quick in responding. It was even possible to check in earlier as our flight arrival was already in the morning 🙏 In general, very good communication.
As a recommendation: since the street to the apartment is pretty steep, I recommend to come by taxi, esp with lots and heavy suitcases. This worked very well for us.

・お湯の出し方
夜中にお湯が出ず焦りました。
ベッドルームにガス給湯器のコントローラーを見つけたのですが、オフになっていました。夜中でもメッセージですぐに対応いただき使い方も分かって助かりましたが、フロントのあるホテルではないので、聞かないとわからないのはとても不安です。
・オートロックの開け方
開け方が分からず、本当はボタンを押すだけですが、手動で開けようとしてアラートがなり焦りました。電池を取り出して止めました。

家族3人で3泊利用しました。オーナーさんとの温かいやりとり、心遣い、質問に対する丁寧な回答など、全てが嬉しかったです。暑い日に到着したので、買ってきた野菜を入れようと冷蔵庫を開けると、ミネラルウォーターがすでに冷やしてあり、紅茶やコーヒー、お菓子などがアフタヌーンテーブルに置いてあったので、早速バルコニーで疲れを癒しました。タオル、ゴミ袋、付近などは多めに用意してあり、洗濯を干す物干しラックもあって助かりました。ソウルで他に2軒の宿に泊まりましたが、ここは一番洗濯機が使いやすかったです。日本では冷水で一年中洗濯をするので、温水で洗える洗濯機は初めてでした。とても良かったです。宿全体が清潔で、オーナーの選ぶ家具、食器、絵などのセンスが素敵です。事前の連絡もこまめに取ってくださり、部屋にお客様を迎え入れることを大切に考えているのだなと思いました。近くにスーパーがあって便利です。
不満ではなく、少しだけ注意点を。ナム・ジュン・パイク記念館から宿にかけての坂が、やや長く傾斜があります。同じビルには、他の住人の方も住んでおられるので、階段を上がる音や階下の音などが、たまに聞こえます。IHクッキングヒーターで調理ができますが、両手鍋と片手鍋は使えるものの、フライパンは使えなかったので（素材の関係かな？）のでご注意ください。
