Prime location with bus stop in front of residence , metro 2 min walk,lots of local eats, cafes , convenience stores and a bonus for one in condo building. Felt safe, always securuty present, busy area, but calm. Myeongdong area under 15 min walk

Great Location, many restaurants and night small 술집 nearby. The place is very clean with cloth washing machine is so convenient for us. The water is so strong and easy to adjust the heat. The bed was so good and comfortable even the provided sofa bed. The owner was very supportive and prompt quick message answer. He/ She is so kind and allow us to be a bit late check in coz we need to deal with many stuff and garbage in the room.
You need to prepare to deal with your own garbage, seperate them and dump all by yourself downstair, without several color garbage bag (seperated by garbage types) provided in the room so need to buy. The uncle who was in charge of downstair garbage bin will scold you if you do sth wrong there so prepare well before dumping in the big bin. I didnt expect to be a hotel housekeeper while traveling.
