The apartment is spacious enough and realty well equipped with everything you might need.The location is good for visiting, either to walk or use public transportation. The washing/drying machine is really useful. We didn't meet the owners but we had a whatsup number to refer to in case of need.
Really good value for the price we paid.
Hot water was off on our arrival and there wasn't any instructions in English on the panel how to turn it on, so it was complicate to sort it out. The provided towels are just hand ones, no large ones for showering. The cooker is too close to the sink to be used easily. Mai bedroom curtains are clear and useless to darken the room to sleep, also because of the outside lighting collocated on the window.
