The location was really good and it was a quick walk to Nipponbashi and Dotonbori. The location was also far enough that you do not get sound pollution. The host is also very responsive and can provide you answers very quickly.
Tourists pass by the house with go karts and they are really loud. The tatami room window does not fully close and it can get cold at night. Theres an odd smell coming from the bottom of the shower room sink.

Very spacious for 4 adults.
Since we got the upper unit, we have to carry 4 big luggages up the stairs.

The facilities and the location were great! It had all the basic amenities that you can ask for in a short term stay. The bathroom was amazing because the bidet was very nice.
The bed mattress was not very good. It felt like you were sleeping on a box spring and not a mattress. You can feel the springs pushing into your back thus it was not very comfortable. I would recommend putting a thin mattress or cushion on top of the current mattress.
