トイレが狭い テレビが見れなかった。

9/10. I would definitely stay here again. Pros: 📈 Location📍- Very convenient. * An 8-minute walk to Kojiya sta. The apartment is far from central Tokyo but it is located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. There are at least 3 convenient stores nearby & lots of restaurants and cafes. Size 📐- The apartment is bigger than most. This is really what drew me in as I did not want to stay in a small apartment in Tokyo. Cleanliness 🫧 - The bedsheets did have some hair when I first arrived but I spoke to the owner who was more than happy to clean the apartment again. The table was also sticky—as if there was sugar leftover, but I wipe everything down anyway. Overall, the cleanliness was normal. Necessities 🧺 - They have everything you need. There is equipment for cooking, so you can cook if you want. They have a washing machine & dryer. There is also plenty of cleaning equipments. Modern 🖥️ - The apartment seemed very new, which is always nice. I really liked the bath tub & how comfortable the toilet is. Customer Service 🎖️ - I recommend this place because of their communication. I had many questions, but they responded quickly & answered my queries with a lot of information.

Cons: 📉 Thin Floors/Walls 🏠 - It was easy to hear people from the vents. The floors would sometimes shake when walking, and the furniture will also rattle.

首先不喜歡check-in時網上的回答相當困難。另外旺裏面的擺設亦都很奇怪。
