Quiet neighborhood with the property next to an elementary school. The apartment was modern and clean. Close to the station so you can definitely do day trips into Tokyo with ease.
There is no one on site to assist you if there's an issue. And there's one big possible issue. The key. There are two keys. The primary in the mailbox. And the back up inside a key box inside the mailbox. If the previous people who stay there put both keys inside the key box. You will be out of luck until the owner responds back with the code for the key box which can take a while. So just be aware of that.

綺麗で快適だった。駅からも近く地元の商店街で過ごしやすい。空港直結で便利だった。お部屋には多すぎるほどたくさんの備品が用意されていました。

Very easy to check in and out. The bed was comfortable and it has everything we needed. Location is perfect for us since the station is a few minutes away and close to the Haneda airport.
No elevator and stairway is very narrow for the big luggage but the unit is on 2nd floor so it wasn’t really bad.
