ベッドルームが3部屋あり、それぞれ1部屋ずつ使うことができ、とても快適でした。
リビングに集まって予定を相談し、寝るときは各自の部屋で休めるので、旅行に使いやすい間取りかと思います。
糀谷駅から近く、空港間の移動が非常に楽です（駅近ですが電車の音は気になりませんでした）。
周辺にスーパー、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、飲食店があり、立地がとても良いです。
大きな不満はありません。
リビングの窓にカーテン類がないため、夕方以降、向かいの建物からの視線が不安という方は、何か対策をすると良いかもしれません。
ベッドの側面に電源タップが設置されているのですが、枕元でコンセントを使いたい場合は短い延長コードがあると便利かと思います。

駅からすぐのロケーション
道路に面するリビングの窓にカーテンがなくて、向かいのマンションからの視線が気になった。
風がすごく強い日に泊まったので寝室の枕元からカタカタと音がして寝付けなかった。

駅近で、周辺の買い物等に困らない立地条件であった。
費用に対して、部屋も広く快適に過ごせた。
調理家電は必要十分であったが、調理器具が不足していた。
お玉・フライ返し・ボール・しゃもじ・ザル等の必要である調理器具がない。急遽近くの100円ショップに買いに行くことに。
