Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Clean and tidy. Very close to Kaikyu line KAMATA station. Nearby there were different shops and restaurants. Recommend for family coming by car.
Please note that this is not part of Tokyo subway which means that you need to buy another ticket other than 24/48/72 hours ticket.

Location, parking, and house setup was really nice. I thought the separate trash cans were a great addition. The outdoor dust box was also very nice for excess trash storage. It felt very inviting, and there was plenty of extra towels/ futon space.
The soap, shampoo and hair conditioner provided were extremely poor. It felt as though someone had split the products into two bottles and added water to each. Further, the bathrooms had an odd smell. I wish there was more appliances / cooking utensils provided.

1 solo bagno a piano terra e un servizio igienico al 1° piano, era molto scomodo per le persone che dormono al 2° piano che per lavarsi dovevano fare 2 piani su scala molto piccola e alta. Le 2 stanze superiori hanno futon a terra e nulla per appendere i vestiti o sedersi
