Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Clean and tidy. Very close to Kaikyu line KAMATA station. Nearby there were different shops and restaurants. Recommend for family coming by car.
Please note that this is not part of Tokyo subway which means that you need to buy another ticket other than 24/48/72 hours ticket.

Location, parking, and house setup was really nice. I thought the separate trash cans were a great addition. The outdoor dust box was also very nice for excess trash storage. It felt very inviting, and there was plenty of extra towels/ futon space.
The soap, shampoo and hair conditioner provided were extremely poor. It felt as though someone had split the products into two bottles and added water to each. Further, the bathrooms had an odd smell. I wish there was more appliances / cooking utensils provided.

最高にきれいな部屋、設備、なにもかも非の打ちどころもありません。 家族旅行っでしたが、みんなが満足できました。 また利用したいです。
道から入りこむのですが、その道に不法駐車があり、奥が見えなくて、なかなか家が探せませんでした。 細い道に車を止めて二人が歩いて探しに行き、ようやく不法駐車の奥とわかり、近くの家を探し、不法駐車の方に車をのけてもらい、たどり着けました。当方ワンボックスでしたので一度停めると出し入れが不自由です。普通車や公共機関起用なら問題ありません。

Very convenient and relaxing location. After a busy day in Tokyo it was nice to come “home”
The bath instructions were slightly confusing. Having tissues in each room would be nice.
