Such a nice place

It was a wonderful stay! We enjoyed everything from check-in to check-out as the staff was very helpful and the villa was amazing. Very big and clean. I especially liked the relaxation area in front of the pool. We ordered breakfast, it was amazing! We were also provided with a ps5 for free. We got unforgettable emotions from our stay! Thanks!

Lovely stay, highly recommend

The villa looks exactly like in the photos. Lovely. ! The villa was super clean, and the pool was spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the appliances needed to cook easily . Cleaners come everyday and check up proactively in the mornings via message to ask if you need cleaning, super friendly people. This team is one of the most responsive host I've ever had. From the process of check in, during stay until check-out.

Mooie villa, maar communicatie kan veel beter

De villa zelf was ontzettend ruim, luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamers zijn sfeervol ingericht en de foto's kloppen met de realiteit. Wij hadden tijdens een verblijf van 2 nachten helaas pech met één hele regenachtige dag, maar hebben dankzij de grote tv en de bijbehorende Netflix account, een fijne bioscoopavond kunnen houden.

De accommodatie was erg moeilijk vindbaar. De locatie is (nog) niet vindbaar bij GPS en onze vriendelijke Balinese taxi chauffeur kende de straat goed, maar wist de villa helaas niet te vinden. Uiteindelijk heeft hij ons kunnen helpen, na meerdere, moeizame telefoongesprekken met de host. Het meest vervelende vonden wij dat er nergens was gecommuniceerd dat er ontzettend veel en luid werd gebouwd aan de voorkant van het privé zwembad. De laatste dag van ons verblijf was eindelijk zonnig en wij verheugden ons op een fijne dag bij het zwembad. Niet wetende dat hier 4-5 bouwvakkers constant bezig waren en deze mannen nogal onze privé ruimte bekeken. Wij waren op honeymoon en zijn erg gesteld op onze privé. Het voelde voor mij niet fijn om daar in bikini aan het zwembad liggen. Na meerdere moeizame berichten aan de host, bood hij een gratis massage aan voor mijn man en mij. Nadat wij aangaven dat niet te willen, heeft de host ervoor gezorgd dat de bouwvakkers hun werk elders gingen voortzetten, zodat wij eindelijk in privé van de villa konden genieten. Uiteindelijk heeft de host het dus wel goed opgelost, maar het heeft wel stress bezorgd. Een tip: doe net als ons van te voren boodschappen, dan kun je zelf koken en wat lekkers maken voor ontbijt. Er zijn weinig tot geen voorzieningen in de buurt.
