Everything really lovely

Fantastic location, parking, access to beach Thank you for the tea, coffee, sugar, towels and a well equipped kitchen Did not use the leisure facilities but nice that it was available Excellent communication from the holiday village before, during and after our trip

Mattress and pillows soft Frying pan not non-stick On site pub- food okay but really slow service

Fully equipped felt like home away from home

Excellent facilities in area, parking at front door, plenty storage in house. Central location for visiting lots of places nearby

Wasn’t clean in dining and kitchen area, pots and pans were filthy with food residue. We found the bed too soft and uncomfortable. TV didn’t work on Freeview signal and sound distorted - reported problem and it was escalated to The Bay management but wasn’t fixed. Had to rely on apps but not ideal. Bedding was clean but quilt cover ripped. Socket away from wall in main bedroom. Did mention to property about lack of TLC and informed property is being refreshed. I think with more scrutiny on the cleaning and refreshing paintwork and resolving issues will make things better. We did report issues post visit (wasn’t going to call a cleaner out at 8pm) but felt chastised for not reporting right away. Did get an apology on cleanliness issue. Cannot fault the facilities available at The Bay
