Just water pressure in the kitchen and no hot water in kitchen - a struggle used took water from the bathroom to wash dishes

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Villas Eclipse in April. The location was perfect--quiet, safe, incredible ocean views, and walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shops, and a small grocery. We did get a golf cart for several days and could easily park it in front of the villa. The property is also on one of the island's two bus routes in case you would rather not have to rent a cart or use taxis. On the days we didn't have a cart, it was an easy walk to several great restaurants and shops. Some of our walkable favorites: Mango Cafe, Fuego de Mar, and Mayakita for dining and the Isla Village shopping center and Women's Beading Coop for souvenirs. The Super Aki was also easy to walk to for grocery basics and produce. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, microwave, stove, blender, and coffee maker. A welcome surprise in the kitchen was a huge jug of drinking water and automatic dispenser in one of the cabinets. We bought water and ice at the grocery store to supplement this supply for coffee, drinking, toothbrushing, etc., but it was really handy to have this available. The bedrooms have plenty of closet and drawer space and really comfortable beds. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom with a spacious shower. There is also a half bathroom and outdoor shower that can be accessed from the poolside patio. This was perfect for swimmers and also would have been great if someone was staying on the sleeper couch in the living room. Other unexpected amenities: a well-stocked first aid kit, retractable clothes line in the shower (perfect for swimsuits and towels), a hair dryer in one of the bathrooms, bedside reading lights, and large beach towels. The living room and each of the bedrooms has its own air conditioning units. They were quiet, cooled the rooms quickly, and the display could be dimmed at night. The two villas would be an ideal property for two families vacationing together--plenty of shared and separated spaces.

The only thing we wished we had during our stay was a couple of extra bath and hand towels in each bathroom and some extra trash bags. The water pressure would fluctuate at times (I think this is an island-wide issue), but we only noticed it in the kitchen sink. The showers always had good water pressure.
