We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the bed, the airconditioning, and the little kitchenette. We prefer to be on the northern end of the island, but this ended up being a very nice hotel overall, especially for the value!

We really loved the size of the room. We appreciate your amazing receptionist Angel. He was very professional, courteous, and amazing at what he does. He went above and beyond for me and my family. The location was amazing. Loretta’s Beach Club free breakfast from you guys was amazing. We would definitely consider coming back again.
We didn’t like that we couldn’t utilize the pool above us. Other than that the stay was absolutely fantastic.

Rooms are clean, spacious. I like the included breakfast.
Wi-Fi was off and on during the first night. Problem was reported and it got fixed the following day.
