Rooms are clean, spacious. I like the included breakfast.

Wi-Fi was off and on during the first night. Problem was reported and it got fixed the following day.

Todo nos encantó, desde la muchacha de recepción que nos atendio muy amablemente y nos ayudo y contesto nuestras preguntas, hasta las camas king sizes y finalizando con el rico desayuno que incluía de Lorettas, excepcional, amamos Isla y ahora este sera nuestro favorito lugar para hospedarnos ya que también esta enfrente Kin Ha, para mi familia de 5 este hotel es perfecto. ¡Gracias por todo!

Location especially shared with partner beach and restaurant Loretta’s. Without the partnership the boutique hotel would suffer from no pool nor view nor breakfast. The Loretta breakfast was clearly the BEST VALUE SOPHISTICATED breakfast meals in the island. I’m a genius member having retreated to Isla Mujeres for 17 yrs and this was definitely the best breakfast meals ever! The front desk check in staff are friendly. More proactive interaction to check on guests via WhatsApp would be a nice way to improve to a 9 rating. 10 rating would be possible if the beach was included without the 650 pesos mandatory food and beverage intake. The beach was small but clear, clean and the low tides made it a peaceful swimming zone for those not wanting to trek to Playa Norte. The food selection was great at Loretta’s but it closed too early at 9pm and should be open to 11.

Loretta music should be Spanish Mexican music and quiet until after dinner as it is not a club. The pool should be larger or hotel should build one on roof top so it’s not limited to using Loretta’s small plunge pool. Bus stop schedule and mandatory stop at the resort would be nice to help those who didn’t rent a golf cart. A shuttle service to playa Norte or downtown would be a good customer service investment for this boutique hotel to get more frequent returning clients.

I didn’t like the fact that had those beach clubs “available”for guests, however they did not mentioned in the booking app we have to pay a certain amount of money in food there to be able to use the facilities. They put some pics showing the hotel right next to the beach how ever the room is all the way to the south of the island take into account you need to take a taxi to get to the north of the island
