I love the location. Very nice, quiet and close to Sunset and Ocean Isle Beaches. The condos are clean and a good deal for the price. The owners were accommodating and friendly.
The sofa was a little worn out- not the look of it but the cushions sunk in. The sofa bed had a very thin flimsy mattress that was uncomfortable. The twin beds were a little uncomfortable as well. The rest was very good. We enjoyed staying there.

No pool access, although the weather was hot.

It was a beautiful community.
The shrubs blocking the view from the back porch. Couldn't see the lovely pond.

The pillows in the twin room needs to be replaced. They were disgusting
