The actual space and level of the kitchen with two baths was a step up from many places. The security was comforting. The pool with lake view and size was a big plus to me.plus the roof top lounge and play- work areas are high level amenities.

The difficulty of going through the Air B and B apps was enormous. Our son had to work at it all day, plus it never translated to English. I know I'm the one at fault for not speaking the language but other than Portuguese speaking people are going to rent a public place. Only giving high level technical information in one foreign doesn't help you. The remote fob had problems at the attic door going out to the pool. Is the remote fob supposed to be used like other doors? It didn't work so easily and I thought maybe face recognition was used with it also. There could be more umbrellas at the pool. A nice family came after us and had no shade, luckily we were leaving soon after they came and I offered them the umbrellas.. We had sat under the only two and they were right next to each other by the palm trees. Probably by design. The shower water was just warm and could be a little hotter. The plastic toilet seats are cheap and the one downstairs won't stay up. I parked in the wrong space initially and had to move it because we misread the info as to which unit we were staying in. Afterwards the manager helped me park in another spot. I think clearer directions as to which space to park in could help. Those parking area columns are going to get backed into also so painting them or padding them so you don't scratch your car would help. The dumpster overfilled out front should be taken and emptied. The building is easy to recognize once you know it but a street a sign would help because turning in right after that wall is not real clear. The remote fob for the outside gate only worked on B. Just constructive criticism. You have made a wonderful condo facility and brand new. The pillows are too hard for my taste. We put the pillow cases on the decorative ones. They were softer.
