Located 300 meters from the beach, the house faces east and is surrounded by grass.

You will wake up to the birdsong amidst the silence of the strictly family-oriented neighborhood. A leisurely 5-minute walk to the beach (in our backyard) will take you to a haven nestled between the popular beaches of Campeche and Joaquina... In addition to the double bedroom with air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans in a very well-lit and naturally ventilated environment. The other bedroom is a single room, and we also have an extra single mattress (brand new). The balcony is also super inviting for relaxing in a hammock. Oh, and the internet is perfect, Netflix/Prime, etc! A 431-liter refrigerator/freezer and excellent quality artesian well water with a clay filter – should you wish to soothe your pineal gland! (Note: Apologies for my keyboard being somewhat awkward with accents, etc.)
