The bed was comfortable and the daughter who managed the check in was very friendly.
The place could improve in terms of cleaning. The utensils didn’t look clean and I found spiders next to the cups and 2 huge cockroaches in our bedroom. We stayed there for 5 nights and nobody came to clean once. We had to use the same towels, no new toilet paper and even the toilet bin wasn’t cleaned which isn’t hygienic. The WiFi also didn’t work in the bedroom and we had some issues with the lock of the front door. Especially for the price we payed, we expected more.

localização no coração do centrinho da lagoa, em uma rua sem saída com segurança e tranquilidade.
